Space Shuttle has problems with Outlook!

Did I just here that one right? I was watching Nasa TV @work (don't tell anyone) and just overheard the following:

Ground: ... skip this and go to Outlook
Shuttle: Copy that, forward to Outlook

Here comes a long talk about losing messages and that they were really concerned about it, and that they should send test messages now and to make sure they don't lose anything they should save the drafts...

Conversation happened about 13:45-47 GMT on Friday, Feb. 8 2008, did anyone record it?
